T-Fiber and Metronet are partnering to expand our 100% fiber network. Check out the information on this page to learn more about how we build our network and to find out about service availability in your area. You can contact our team at 877-386-3876 with any construction questions or submit a request via the button below.

Step 1
Before construction starts, utility locators (like 811) will identify and mark underground lines using small flags and landscape-safe paint in yards, along sidewalks, and near roads.

Step 2
Construction teams will dig to uncover existing utilities so that our crews can avoid damage when we install the fiber lines.

Step 3
Next, we'll place protective pipes underground, then pull the fiber through them. We work as quickly and carefully as possible, but total construction time depends on weather conditions and how big your neighborhood is.

Step 4
Once construction is finished, our crews will return to restore everything we touched. Soft surfaces (like grass and mulch) will be replaced in 3-5 business days, and hard surfaces (like concrete and rock) will be restored within 14-30 business days.
