Someone, including any vendors (if you are a business), age 18 or older will need to be available on the day of installation. It is optional to be present during the ONT/fiber drop placement prior to your installation. It usually takes two to four hours to get everything connected during the installation. Our technicians will make sure your phone, TV, and high-speed Internet services are all working to your satisfaction. There are some situations that cause the installation to go over these time periods.
