Need to return your Metronet equipment? No problem! Our process is quick and easy. See below for return instructions.

Metronet Equipment Return Instructions for FedEx

  1. Our customer care team is here to help. Give us a call at 877-407-3224 and one of our helpful associates will complete an equipment return request form and review the information with you to ensure that all your information is accurate and up-to-date.
  2. You will receive an email that contains a return label and a link to help you locate the FedEx location nearest you. This email will also contain a QR code to use at FedEx if you are unable to print a return label.
  3. Package all of your equipment, including remote controls and power cords. You can use any box you have, just make sure the box is packed and sealed securely. You do not need to return any ethernet cables or fiber optic cables.
  4. Print your label and take your box to your FedEx location. If you are unable to print a return label, you can use the QR code from your email and the drop-off location will print a label for you.
  5. Shortly after dropping off the equipment, you will receive an email receipt from Metronet confirming the equipment has been received.
