If you’re a business, and a phone vendor or IT vendor is recommended or required, it is the responsibility of the business owner to contact their vendor. All vendors must be onsite during the time of installation. Metronet will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the phone and Internet vendor. If you do not have a phone or Internet vendor, we will be glad to recommend a local vendor for your business.
