What if I Have to Reschedule?

Switching your phone service requires coordination between your current phone provider and Metronet. If you must reschedule your installation of Metronet services, please contact us at our local store (877-407-3224) as soon as possible. If we are not contacted about rescheduling your installation date, you may be without phone service for a short period of time.

If you are bringing your phone number over from another carrier, and you need to reschedule your installation, keep in mind Metronet requires three (3) business days to fully switch your phone service. If you are scheduled for a Saturday installation, you must contact us by 3:00 pm the Friday before in order to reschedule. If your current provider is Frontier, you must reschedule by Thursday at 3:00.
