If you have forgotten your pin and have entered the incorrect pin too many times, the owner of the account or authorized persons on the account will need to call the repair department at 844-684-0215 to have the pin reset.
If you know the correct pin, simply unplug the power to the box for about 10 seconds and plug the power back in. Once the box reloads, usually about four (4) minutes, enter the correct pin.
