Usually we can schedule the installation within 10 days or less from the time your order service. One to two (1-2) days prior to your installation date, we will complete a pre-install. At this time, a technician will attach a fiber drop and put a small box called an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) either inside or outside of your business. If your power is underground, we will place a temporary drop on the ground and it will be buried within 14 days, weather permitting.
